Anyone notice that the Republicans dont have an agenda and there was no mention of the deficit during the election season? Democrats were attacked for cutting Medicare and suggesting trimming SS. The Republican base is hooked on so many government programs its hard to count them.. Well lets start SS, Medicare, Tricare, VA-health, VA-disabilities, SS-disablities, defense spending, government pensions, and the list goes on. The party of responsiblity with regards to deficits appears to be Democrats with the cuts to Medicare and the proposal for a chained cost of living for SS . The only suggestion for saving money from Republicans comes from getting rid of Obummercare and cancelling everyones insurance. Oh yeah lets get rid of the Department of Energy and let GE take care of our nuclear weapons that should save some money.

You forgot to add "Tea Party" and "oxygen tanks" to your rant. Other than that, you're being very, very consistent.

You're on my ignore list, and I only occasionally open one of your posts to see if anything's changed with you, and not surprisingly, nothing ever does. The brainwashing is complete and quite thorough, and there's not likely any chance that you can return to reality. Must suck to be so out of touch with reality, and even more so if you know it.

He's not brainwashed. He's willingly blind.

What policies are those?

Even in Red states people voted to increase the minimum wage. Republicans are aching to increase the war against ISIS. The Affordable Care Act? They can't repeal the whole thing, and the President said he is willing to look at compromise positions on it.

I don't see a clear win for Republicans. Frankly, I didn't see any Republican ideas in the election, beyond "we are not Obama" which isn't exactly a policy.

You always seem to overlook the fact that Social Security and Medicare are in fact programs that were enacted by Democrats. And by the way, Tricare is insurance for the military. Liberals are supposedly all about providing medical insurance to those who deserve it, right?
