just was curious, you can certainly explain why.
I know about Trump (who's an ass, but that's not related) who dislikes both and I have a friend from MA.who actually liked both Bush and Kerry, in 2004.
That's why I asked as I was just thinking about this today. Seems like there's almost no one (admittedly me, being one of them) who likes both Bush and Obama.
I like them both. They both made mistakes, but really they both want to make our country better. Shrug. They took a job that often sucks, is full of everyone being upset no matter what you do, and decisions that can and will cost lives. Its not a simple job. Both are trying to do the right thing.

They are both similar in regards to spending and war, I can't see true conservatives liking either one but liberals who don't care about fighting overseas, could probably like them both.

Having your heart in the right place but being a tremendous screw-up doesn't cut it once you're the President of the United States.
Both of them legitimately cared and thought they are were (are, for Obama) doing good. Both of them have (is doing, again for Obama) done a substantial amount of harm to this country -- heck to humanity as a whole considering that both have made a dog's dinner of foreign policy as well as domestic. Once you reach a certain level of responsibility failure is failure and explanations and intentions don't cut ice.
I like them both; both I do believe intended to do nothing but help. Most corps recognize no one ever has, nor ever will, make the correct decision every time.
I worry that we have come to blame pols for everything in a knee jerk way, to the point where we most likely lure many good folks away from politics.
This is not grading either, but I find both to be very likeable people with strong family values.
I like them both in a different way. It is not about his personality at all times since I think Obama can be nice company to go to a bar and have some fun but he is not Presidential material as I call it...
GWB has it all, class and seems to be a very nice person and wonderful family!
Both are responsible for the death and suffering of thousands, yet some stand logic (or emotion) on its head to see them as sympathetic.
Boy are there some very naive people (or complicit apologists) here.

I have to go with this..if my child was killed in Iraq or some other ME ****ehole I think hate both would be more like it.

and a tequila and prune juice.
