Obama and more Iraq Troops (soldier, dollars, terrorists, election)

1. The American public wanted out. How long were we going to keep a bunch of troops there? 2 years, 5 years 100 years? We were there for 9 years, enough was enough.
2. The Iraqis wanted us out
How long have we been in Germany, Japan and South Korea ?
Doesn't really matter what the Iragis wanted. Look at them now being butchered.
This is all anecdotal hindsight. The troops were there, period. IF Obama had simply left 15-30k troops in the first place the ISIS gig would have never materialized.
For all the idiocy of the military and politicians, THAT was the only logical thing to do. How much more will it be "pissing money down a drain" now?
I know that even a broken clock is right twice a day, but in this case it was obviously the better plan.
IF we had never invaded in the first place ISIS would never have materialized. It's just throwing good money after bad now. The people calling for boots on the ground literally can't tell us what the plan is, because there isn't one. We're just going to go over there, fight an unwinnable battle with one hand tied behind our backs, for people who see us as more dangerous than ISIS & don't want us in their country. While our leaders don't have any idea of what to do in Iraq, I'd like to hear your plan?

Actually the money & the lives we spent originally, right or wrong, were thrown away by Obama in addition of new lives from both countries being lost.
He got good advice at the time from some under him not to just pull out in the manner that he choose.

Spending lives and money on Iraq was a throwaway in itself.
Let me guess..more COMBAT and SPECIAL OPS troops that will on advise and train....
