Yup, I don't see an issue here. Personally, I think all religions should be banned from school. It is a private matter that should be kept private but this school district opened the floodgates here. NOTHING to do with liberals or anyone with left of center viewpoints.

Good, other than a historical context religion has no place in public schools and this will be a catalyst to have it removed.

I'm thinking (not really where I can look it up) that the courts have ruled that Satanism isn't a religion. I'm not stating any opinion on that ruling but I believe they have ruled this in the past. (If no one else does i will try and find this later)

So we have a Constitutional right to practice religion as we choose - but only if the government (via the courts) decides that our religion is in fact a legitimate religion? Is that how you're saying it works?

I'm saying I believe that has been the ruling in the past. Just noting past court rulings. Until I can find and verify it, take it for what it's worth. I don't remember their exact justifications.
