Sure we're going to duplicate it, but who is going to actually pass it? I don't see how a Westerner could successfully do that unless they were already an ISIS member in good standing.
A long-held legal principle in many countries is that "counterfeiting is death" (goes back at least to Colonial times) and it would take heroic efforts to successfully pull it off. Personally I wouldn't touch this stuff.
We could literally air drop it to random people just to mess with their economy.
This may be their downfall, massive global banks like the IMF, World Bank, Federal Reserve, and ECB do not like competition and will likely pressure world governments to use military might to squash them.

Well we are already bombing them so will still do so regardless . Plus how and where will it be minted , it will be worthless because the people in Iraq and Syria won't recognize it nor any nation . Also Gaddafi's African currency was a dream in vain, no nation was going to adopt it. Just like his political union plans with other Arab states were doomed.
