There are still centrist Democrats, there are no centrist republicans. There is always debate among Democrats, there is none among Republicans.

I dont have to revisit it, you didnt prove me wrong.
Your link calculates its values based on voting with the minority or majority.
If Democrats control the senate then Democrats have imput on what is brought to the floor to be voted on, so obviously they would vote for bills they helped draft.
