It may be small gesture to you,but if one of those 29(that's just THAT incident) happened to be your son,dad or grandpa then I would say that's the whole potato to those families.
Actually BP killed 7 folks with their negligence. No one went to jail there....7, 29, they're just numbers right?
But since he lives in America where money is everything, the worst he'll get is a 31-year vacation at a country club with slightly stricter rules than normal.

That's right..I am not wishing we did things like China,but it would be nice if we toughened up more..likely they would have taken him out and shot him behind the ear .
