Back in the day I had a job working graveyard shift at a convenience store/gas station. One time a teenage kid grabbed a box of cigars off the counter and ran out the door, much like Mike Brown. I followed him out, got the plate of the getaway car, and called the cops. The cop was able to get the kid's dad on the phone. Dad came in, paid for the stolen box of cigars, and also bought a copy of the biggest, fattest stogie that I had for sale. "Junior is going to eat this," he informed me.
