The cop said, get back or I'll shoot you. Brown blocked the shot with his hand.
And, the rest is history?
Now, let's try to take it nice and slow.
The cop blocked the path of the jay walkers, opened his door hitting Brown . .
Then, Brown slammed the door shut.
Wilson draws his gun . . .
draws his gun and fires thru his door? Yea... it just doesn't make sense, I promise.
a .40 cal bullet doesn't get blocked by a hand (unless your hand is made from 1/4 inch steel plate). It would go thru the hand, and thru most of the 300 lbs. of big mike.
You're just reiterating Officer Wilson's version. No one has heard Michael Brown's story because he's DEAD. And the closest witness at the scene, Michael's friend, his story does not support Wilson's version of what occurred at the car.
Wilson would have no reason to lie; he's a police officer.

You mean the friend who said MB got shot in the back?
Only thing is that that is exactly what is done in 99.9% of grand jury proceedings; the purpose of a grand jury is not an exhaustive review of all the evidence; that is saved for a trial. Usually a few key elements of a crime are presented to a jury, and they pretty well rubber-stamp the prosecutor's decision to indict. Most grand juries do not go on for weeks and weeks. This was a highly irregular grand jury.
It was obvious from the beginning that Officer Wilson did nothing wrong. The prosecutor only used the grand jury because of the mobs calling the officer's head. It's obvious that you support criminals since this dead person was a criminal. The law has spoken, move on.
In a trial, there is a prosecution, a defense, and most importantly cross-examination. The lawyers are allowed to lay out entire scenarios representing their side so that jurors can make sense of things. It's an imperfect process, but it's better than what was done with this grand jury.
So you are saying because there wasn't a defense attorney representing Wilson (trying to make MB look like a low down piece of criminal) , the Grand Jury didn't get a full picture? Remember, the prosecution ( The D.A. and his team) would have been trying the case for the state of Missouri, just as they laid out the evidence for the GJ.
And I'm a white middle-class woman who did not grow up in the ghetto, and I've never seen a police officer politely address teens like Wilson claims he did with Michael Brown, "eh excuse me kind sir, would you please move onto the sidewalk." I've never even met a polite cop.
That's a shame, sounds like you live in a terrible place. Cops around here are generally pretty nice.
