A grand jury is not the same.

If it would have went to a jury trial, Wilson would have been acquited unless twelve imbeciles like Sharpton were on the jury.

And then, we would have had the same looting and rioting that we have now. For the race hustlers, nothing is "justice" short of Wilson being convicted of murder. The evidence doesn't matter to these people, all that matters is a white cop shot a black person.
