There was no political will by the DA to indict, the grand jury was a softball. If the DA truly had the conviction that Wilson was guilty he would have gone after him and taken a more aggressive approach, this amounts to checking the box.

If the forensic data says Brown was not shot in the back, doesn't that automatically raise significant doubt about the testimony that says he was running away when he was shot?
Three autopsies were performed. AFAIK, they all said the same thing about how Brown was shot. These are science based facts.
The guy that said brown put his Hands up was his partner in crime at the cigar store. Also he said brown never reached into the cop car. Since that was an obvious lie according to physical evidence, Im sure his testimony was disregarded completely, including the hands up part.
The construction worker showed how Michael Brown was positioned on a video recorded seconds after the incident and at that time the worker would have known nothing about the incident other than what he saw. So why would he have done that? Explain that.
I haven't read it all, but you would think that that construction worker would have been called as a witness. I mean, he was an eye-witness. All the more reason to have a trial.
