as one party can maintain 1/3 +1 in Senate.

I agree, the states should have the final say over impeachment of a potus, not the senate.

Impeachment is done by the House, not the Senate.

The House starts the process then votes on articles of impeachment THEN it goes to the Senate for "trial"..

Please , PLEASE read up a little BEFORE making claims

"Should any one of the Articles of Impeachment be approved by a simple majority vote, the President will be "impeached." However, being impeached is sort of like being indicted of a crime. There still has to be a trial, which is where the US Senate comes in.

Process of Impeachment of the President of the United States

I'm very well read on this issue. The House impeaches, and the Senate tries. Snowball7 said the Senate impeaches - I was simply correcting that misinformation. My "claims" were 100% accurate.

Boy, you read a lot into other peoples statements. Makes one wonder what YOUR motives truly are.

I'll ask you again then, what remedy were you referring to?

In 2016 the Republicans are going to get pasted.

You are going to keep going on the internet talking about 2nd Amendment solutions and the loss of your rights (same exact nonsense you're spouting right now) . But that's all you're going to do--keep making empty threats.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

The truth of the right to bear arms v. some fantasy about an up coming election cycle and accusations of empty threats, when no threat was made. The threat is always there, from the beginning of the nation.

The days when political opponents had duels at 10 paces.
