As the Affordable Care Act's second open enrollment period begins, 37% of Americans say they approve of the law, one percentage point below the previous low in January. Fifty-six percent disapprove, the high in disapproval by one point.

So there is a 20% difference in approval of this monstrosity. Repeal is an absolute no-brainer at this point. Trash it and start over.

Trash it,period.
In other words, why would you want government intervention(GOP or Dem) in the health care sector?

Thirty minutes (which is an eternity on this forum) and not a single person has stepped into the thread to defend the disaster known as Obamacare.

Their silence says far more about the situation, the law and their support of Obama than anything they might post possibly could.

People actually must be seeing their premium bills....or actually realizing that they will be fined if they fail to purchase a product they may or may not want.

Didn't you hear? It's not a "fine." It's a "shared responsibility payment" or some such nonsense.

Yes, it was so much better when people just paid higher costs to cover the uninsured emergency room visits......

Who wanted them dead before 2010? And if the ACA subsidizing insurance for them is a matter of life and death, how'd they survive to even get to 2010, since lack of insurance should have long ago killed them?

Most of the 9M they expect to sign up already had insurance that got cancelled.
They few million that might benefit are the type to not go to they Polls.

No one would notice if the ACA was cancelled except us that are paying higher premiums.

Republicans don't want anybody dead. But what all of us don't want is a hostile government takeover of health care in America. Nobody wants anything forced on them. People need to make up their own minds on whether or not to get insurance.
