This should make midwesterners jump for joy. Gas prices could go up in that part of the US by 40 cents a gallon once Canuck oil gets shipped to China and the world instead of area refiners.

We hear a constant refrain from Democrats on how we should invest in infrastructure - especially transportation infrastructure.
