Governor of Kansas waits until after election to tell citizens that massive debt, due to tax cuts to the wealthy, will require massive cuts to state.

Even the Republicans had enough of Brownback and endorsed a Democrat prior to the election. Unfortunately for them, Kansas stuck with Brownback. Enjoy your cuts!

Would have helped if the Governor didn't hide this until after his reelection.
A second bond rating agency has downgraded Kansas’ standing because of declining revenue following massive income tax cuts signed into law by Gov. Sam Brownback.
