Is that supposed to hold relevance? If this "shyster" determines its a valid case and rules against the President, then higher up courts will be forced to accept it as law unless the administration appeals to higher courts..

It took DADT nearly a decade to go through the court systems.. I can see how badly that has turned out when it was finally repealed..

Hah! Two respected law firms reviewed the precedence and dropped it like a hot potato, one after the other. I think the republicans finally went on Craig's List to find an attorney willing to take the case. This guy Turley is a self appointed constitutionalist specializing in separation of powers.
When's the last time the Republican National Committee asked a law firm to represent them in a legal matter and got turned down............Twice?

I wonder how many lawyers people went through to take black/white marrages to court.. or gay marriages, or any other law...

I once went and sued someone. In the end, the judge not only awarded me damages, but treble damages, and nearly a 1/2 a million dollar verdict.

I guess this means I didnt have a case cause I had 6 lawyers told me to forget it.

I mean really, this is what brings you guys joy and hope? The funny thing is you guys are now arguing that ACA SHOULDNT be followed.. I dont get it..

Actually, as is often the case, it's you that appears to have it bass ackwards.

They're insisting Obama's actions were illegal.

So I'll ask again: When they're proven wrong, will they be footing the bill for their buffoonery?

No, they are insisting that the law NEEDS TO BE FOLLOWED as written..

You dont need to read further than the first paragraph in the OP's link to verify that.
he has sued the Obama Administration in federal court over its decisions to make changes to the President's health care law

THE LAW IS WRITTEN, Obama is CHANGING them, the Congress wants the LAW AS WRITTEN to be followed..

And even if they are insisting its illegal, isnt ignoring the law illegal?

If the speed limit is 55 and you ignore the law and go 70, isnt that illegal?

Dont know, can you cite for me a judge who believes its ok to ignore the law though?

Why are you pro Obamacare supporters, now saying it doesnt need to be followed?

I don't like the GOP at all but at least they're doing something right. Obamacare/Romneycare is a joke!

Maybe to you but not for everybody. You'd be hard pressed to find more than a handful of individuals in Massachusetts who don't like Romneycare.

Thats because Romneycare offered tax incentives for people to get insurance.

Not at all like Obamacare which is tax penalties..

The Obama administration LIED and told everyone they were the same..

They arent.

So, do you make a habit of not researching anything before you say it? The attorney who took on this case is hardly a shyster. He's both well known and extremely liberal - ironically. Read for yourself on what he's done.
