The thing is, the GOP won't try a full repeal again. They'll do it piecemeal and if Obamacare continues to be as unpopular in 2016 as it is now, they'll be happy to vote to repeal one piece after another if it helps them in reelection. They already saw what standing firm on Obamacare did for their fellow Democrats who are not being replaced by Republicans.
They too can buy insurance. Which we will see that number continue to fall year after year as more and more people sign up for insurance.
Or as more and more people DON'T because they can't afford it. And in turn are fined for not having the money to comply with being forced to buy a product. It should be a very interesting year next year when some of the fines for O-Care non-compliance go out.

What if they cannot afford it? Ohhh yea...they have to pay fine:
The fee in 2015
If you don’t have coverage in 2015, you’ll pay the higher of these two amounts:
2% of your yearly household income. (Only the amount of income above the tax filing threshold, about $10,000 for an individual, is used to calculate the penalty.) The maximum penalty is the national average premium for a bronze plan.
$325 per person for the year ($162.50 per child under 18). The maximum penalty per family using this method is $975.
The fee after 2015
The penalty increases every year. In 2016 it’s 2.5% of income or $695 per person. After that it's adjusted for inflation.

Gruber recently said that the tax on the "cadillac" plan is intended to make ALL insurance unaffordable for companies to be able to afford over the next 2 decades. How exactly is this going to get more people insured?
If more people will be insured, then why is Obama delaying the mandate? Cause he doesnt want people insured? The actions, make no sense given your supposed synopsis of the outcome..
Or more likely, your synopsis is nothing more than fairytale and wishful thinking.
Which is why programs like Medicaid should be increased for those that can afford it....or right, a number of states denied expanding to prevent those that can't afford insurance from getting insurance.

Who, exactly, is going to pay for that? Will you write the treasury a nice, big check?

Then how do we provide insurance to those that can't afford it? Or is the Republican solution is to "not worry about it?"
