Five months after they were deemed lost...I guess it's taken awhile to go through them all and edit Obama's name out.
This is deeming evidence on the President!

Kings dictate, presidents deem.

Who says they were ever lost?

They never were. They've been frantically searching and disposing to make sure no incriminating information is found.

Koskinen and EVERY IRS official with oversight over this should be immediately criminally charged with obstructing an investigation. That includes Lerner.

To the credit of the IRS, they could have simply thrown the newly discovered backup tapes away and no one would ever have known..

I dunno. When you are caught with your pants down around your ankles with the neighbor's wife, there is not much to do but fess up. The 'dog ate my homework excuse' was preposterous. Not defendable. They had not choice, but to find them.

Server keys had nada to do with my file recovery. Backups of the files offline did.

I don't see how you lose something like that to begin with.

I think there is a magistrate overseeing the process on the order of the judge in the Judicial Watch case. So no, I don't think throwing it out was an option. The IRS doesn't deserve any credit, they've spent years lying.

One appointee escape goat resigning is enough lit has to do much deeper that just her even if only within agency. They were co-conspirators in violation of citizens right to eqaul treatment. He/she told me to do it is a excuse. ;that was the Nazi defense and we hung them.

With Benghazi blowing up for Faux, Rush, Sean etc. and those other seditious(you decide)mongers at least have another couple of weeks of misinformation to dispense--thanks to the found emails.

When IRS scandal fails, surely they can concoct something else--maybe birtherism again.

The emails in question if recovered will include the ones we have not seen between the WH, Treasury and Lawmakers just to name a few. All of the Lerner emails released to date under that time frame were IRS internal emails recovered from other peoples mailboxes some whom also had their hard drives mysteriously crash.

While it's quite clear from the testimony of the IG and admissions by Lois Lerner herself that Conservative groups were targeted what is not clear is who is responsible for it. Lois Lerner is most certainly the key to answering that question. If in fact they have found those missing emails that were "unrecoverable" from her hard drive this is going to be huge.
