Kimberly-Clark Accused of False Ebola Protection Claims - Bloomberg
I find it funny that the same guy who was found guilty of fraud - to the tune of 800K -
L.A. surgeon ordered to pay Maryland couple $800,600 in malpractice case - Los Angeles Times
and adamantly denies doing anything wrong is now suing a corporation for 500 million... for adamantly doing something he thinks is wrong.
Let's check out that lawsuit

In 2013, KC reported net sales of over $1.6 billion from its health care segment, alone. Ah. Big pockets.
The lawsuit accuses Kimberly-Clark of concealing and delaying disclosure of the problems with the gowns and suggesting
the gowns could be used to treat patients infected with Ebola.
"These are extremely serious allegations and ones that we do not make lightly," says Michael Avenatti, lead attorney for the plaintiffs.
"Kimberly-Clark needs to immediately recall these gowns and come clean with the FDA, CDC, healthcare professionals and the general public.
The risks associated with continued concealment of the truth are far too great."
another blurb =
“Kimberly-Clark’s actions of concealing the truth about their surgical
gowns and continuing to market them as impermeable is unconscionable,” Shahinian said in a statement. “This conduct has placed physicians, health care workers and patients at risk of being unknowingly exposed to harmful bacteria, viruses and illness, including Ebola. This is a very serious matter and deserves the immediate attention of regulators and the medical community.
They suggest 500,000 health workers might've used these gowns. OK.
That's 1,000 bucks per person, if the lawyers didn't get 1/2. So, 500 bucks a person.
But it's not just health care providers.... see red text above.. it's patients, too.
If we assume that at least 1 healthcare person who could've wore a gown treated at least 1 patient, they should raise it to 500 bucks more per patient and sue for 1 billion. A nice round number. But, since those patients were put at risk for ebola, then we should assume their families were also put at risk, so add another .6 billion for them, too. Everyone is happy now. KC can go bankrupt (THEY'RE EVIL, MAN), the lawyers can get paid (THE GOOD GUYS), the people who sued won't see a dime for 5 - 10 years (AW SO SOWWY) at least. But when they do, that measly $500 bucks would be like hitting a really cool scratch off ticket.
Here's the real kicker. If these gowns are as deadly as you think, and they are being used as often as you think, then why isn't the government - (the FDA approved the gowns in 2011) - stopping these ebola gowns?
It's a plot. A evil government conspiracy
to kill us all with ebola gowns. Thank you, malpractice doctor and cool lawyers. You are saving us all from possible ebola.
OBAMA WILL NOT HAVE MY SOUL TODAY.
