Any thoughts on this? is it purely a religious stance?

Maybe you can link to a post here or elsewhere that backs up your assertion?

Here's a thought, a lot of folks WANT to work on Thanksgiving for the extra money.

I swear, people whine about the dumbest crap.

no - I can't. It's based on some old threads I've seen on here. On the one hand, conservatives tend to think it's wonderful that CFA is closed on Sunday for religious reasons. But when it comes to forcing people to work on a non religious holiday, some say TOUGH S***

and IMO, it's a lot of the same folks.

I just wonder why its moral to be closed on Sunday but not immoral on TG. That's all.

I wish all businesses closed every Sunday. It's a bit inconvenient as a consumer, but it's well worth it to make sure everyone gets a proper day off. A random Wednesday or Thursday when others are working isn't the same as having a day off that you know everyone you know will also have off. That way you can make plans.

The majority of you anti work on TG people have apparently never had a real job. M-F, 8 -5 ain't the norm. Things happen and folks make it happen when you whiners are sitting home on your behinds.

It's Chick-Fil-A's choice. They want their customers to keep the Sabbath holy.

Then why don't they close on the Sabbath rather than Sunday? I am not following your logic here.
