Young single women out-earn young single men in this country. I was curious what was being done to address this sexist pay gap.

I did not bother opening up your link......and I will say this without seeing what is in the link.

What does being Single have to do with this? How does being Single or not equate to what your salary will be?

What is your definition of young?

Are we speaking of the same level of education and/or experience?

Thanks for admitting that. I'm not going to waste my time responding to your questions.

It's not really anti-woman at all.

I would think that most people believe that men and women in the same job with the same level of experience, education, and job ability, should be paid approximately the same. In general, findings are suggesting that is more true than false.

If we want to address the 77 cents per dollar issue, we need to focus far more on encouraging women to go into more lucrative careers, and a system that doesn't make it difficult for women to work full time after they have kids.
