How will that go over with people? If you do that won't people just complain that it's a government cover up in order to sweep bad black behavior under the rug?

Say what? Where is that stat? The only time I've seen it being even close to that is when you include social security, medicare, unemployment benefits, college assistance, etc and every race, with a possible exception for Asians, had more than half of people accepting "assistance". What type of assistance are you talking about?
