What's the street number? Without that, it's not an address.

They put this man and his family in danger. The street is close enough to be an considered an address especially to wannabe killers.

If you can't figure out that they put this man and his family in grievous danger there is no hope for you. That is grounds for a lawsuit.

Help me figure it out. Pretend you're filing the law suit. What cause of action you put on the complaint?

Are they more or less liable that the many, many other organizations that printed the exact same information more than 3 months ago - while at the same time reporting that Wilson have vacated the house and was living elsewhere?

I don't see how publishing (or in this case reprinting something already in the public sphere) the street and city where officer Wilson owns a house would form the basis of a lawsuit. I don't know what tort that is or what statute it could potentially violate.

You seem certain there is a legal basis - I'm just simply asking you what that basis is. Instead of getting snappy by personally attacking me saying I'm hopeless and a fool, why not attempt to answer my question? If it's so obvious only a fool can't see it, then why can't you tell it to me?

Default Justice was served.

The Problem is Black America is out of control. Their Youth in the inner cities have far more problems with themselves than they do with an Office carrying out his duty. The culture of young blacks is dependent on gov and thusly expect their Gov. be some to them in every form.

The other problem is fringe groups who take advantage of any civil unrest to promote a cause. This issue has turned 3 dimensional truly.

If I was a City , I would Hire Officer Wilson in a heart Beat.
