1. WHAAT!? Ok.

2. Jesus, does it need to be spoon fed to you? Here you go; Chinese Exclusion Acts / Immigration Exclusion Act (1882)óprohibited citizenship for Chinese immigrants. Subsequent acts reinforcing the exclusion of Chinese immigrant were passed in 1884, 1886 and 1888.
"In 1882, 1884, 1886, and 1888, Congress passed Chinese exclusion acts, suspending immigration of Chinese laborers and barring reentry of all Chinese laborers who departed and did not return before the passage of the Act" (Lowe 180-81fn14).
Immigration Act of 1917: Exclusion of Asian Indians (1917)
"A geographical criterion was used to exclude Asian Indians, because their racial or ethnic status was unclear" (Lowe, 180-81fn14).
Ozawa v. United States (1922)
Supreme Court Decision regarding South Asian Immigrations (1923)
Tydings-McDuffie Act (1934): Exclusion of Filipinos
Alien Land Laws (1913, 1920, and 1923) "prohibited Asian immigrants from owning land and other forms of property through the legal construction of nonwhites as ëaliens ineligible to citizenship" (Lisa Lowe, Immigrant Acts 13).

3. Civil Rights dust has "settled"? Not according to most black people.

How about unions busting the small-business man and taking his business away. The unions have created there own monster. Greedy unions and now the greedy burger flipper are the ones destroying the unions credibility. The unions once worked, because the people actually worked. Unions are not good for the working business man.

Well, sadly, there are those who look to justify their anger and prejudice against Blacks. In the minds of some, there is no difference between a regular Black person, and Black trash. Or, they might know there is a difference, but they are willing to throw regular Black people under the bus in their tirade of anger.

Did Asians and Indians have to overcome any barriers when they arrived in the U.S., OR were the doors of opportunity open for them to own businesses, attend Universities, attend the best schools, etc? Did Asians have a HISTORY IN AMERICA of over 300 years of slavery? Were Asians and Indians ever denied the right to pick up a book and read, or write in America? Were Asians and Indians ever, neglected, Lynched and treated like animals in America? Did Asians and Indians experience Jim Crow, etc.,? Were Asians and Indians ever denied the right to Vote in America. Were Asian and Indian AMERICANS ever considered property and sub-human…by the U.S. Government, in the U.S? Were the children of Asian and Indian Americans every denied the entry into any public school or University in the U.S? Were Asian and Indian AMERICANS ever denied the right to buy a home, open a business or denied the right to even apply for a loan based upon their ethnicity?

Yes, the White man welcomed Asians and Indians with opens; and has treated them very well since their arrival in America. I think it's pretty clear why Asians and Indians have done so great in such a short amount of time in America. The same just doesn't hold true for Black Americas…and history supports that fact.

I don't think "white men" need to be blamed anymore. Each person is responsible for his or her own destination.

But I don't think Asians have always been treated well

He said,

".. Looking back, we realized today how unjust America had been in a way it dealt with Citizens with Japanese ancestry during WWII, yet I know of no other nations would openly admit it has been wrong as this nation had done, and then take steps to correct its wrong. Only a truly great nation that would risk making such admission, this is the America we have fought for and died for."

Different people have different ways coping with social injustice.

The government has also admitted wrongdoing, apologized, and Japanese-Americans who lost things were given reparations.
