Dude - what is your problem? I simply stated that yes, he was pointing his gun at people, and that I know that without any witness statement because I watched the punk-ass criminal do it on video tape.

Yep, only the Beretta M9, Sig Sauer P-226, Sig Sauer P-228, Springfield Armory MC Operator, Colt M45A1 CQBP........just to name a few.

I don't either. I still have my doubts with MB but those other cases are much more aggressive with very little justification other than fear in an intense situation and a gun.

I assume that it's at least partially media attention. How do they pick and choose which case to give 24/7 coverage and which ones get a quick story with one follow up?

The problem is that you continue to try to make excuses as to why the kid should not be shot, it is the fault of the cops, period.

Police Department?

Gotta be a GLOCK, Sig Sauer, M&P, or Beretta MOST likely.

Which tape did you see? The one I saw he looked like a bored kid twirling it and playing cops and robbers by himself. Like a more urban Ralphie. Sorry to ask you to do my searching for me but if you can remember where you viewed it let me know.Thanks.

My problem is the asinine way the cops approached the suspect under the circumstances at the time they did.

Whether I think the kid was guilty of committing a crime 5 minutes earlier because I believe a witness report or because I watched a video recording of him committing the crime is completely and utterly irrelevant.

Ah comeon. The vast majority of the LEOs never get into a hot fight. So you consider the vast majority of police offers untrustworthy as you cannot count on them not panicking when facing deadly force?

I have hand gun training both in the military and outside it.

Face it. The cop basically panicked and shot before thinking. Classical case. All went down too fast for any rational thought.

And unfortunately that may well be legal...though still terrible.
