One thing I had to say is this. I believe the only reason Black on Black crime was brought up was to distract from the issue of discrimination.
If you're going to talk about problems in poor black neighborhoods, why ignore the worst problems? There are some serious issues in the hood, but white cops, "white hispanic" neighborhood watch guys, and lacrosse-playing frat bros aren't the main ones.

Sigh. Look. If you want to talk about violence perpetrated against black people, why not bring up the source of the VAAAAAAAAASSSSSST majority of that violence?
