How bad does it have to be for a police to actually get indicted? (death, Brown)

A choking to death and a shooting to death isn't enough for indictment and similar cases will all yield the same case precedent so it's pretty much ok to choke to death anyone who doesn't put hands up.

For a next test,
What about 10 people choked and the officer saying to the grand jury "I am a proud white separatist and I act according to my faith and I choked to death 25 people proudly and I know I have nothing to worry about because we have an un-indictable system

Would this Guy get indicted? Or no

There are bad cops and whistleblowers it happens
But for the most part it's all just crack dealers and petty criminals a trying to get a law suit going against the city
Hood rat response for being stopped by a cop would get him dead so fast if the cop was a gang member and nobody would care but you can't sue a gang but u can sue a city and get some money thus the great ghetto past time cop baiting

Forensic evidence before I commit one way or another. Michael Brown died attacking a cop. That case is closed. Forensic evidence says no choke hold was used.

Too many people leap before the evidence is in. Then they look stupid when the death was a result of self defence.
