Saying that our military should be brought home isn't tantamount to a complete egress from the Middle East.
If we scare at least one attack off, we have succeeded in what we are trying to do. Those terrorist organizations don't fear the coasts that much. What they DO fear is the motherland and it's ferocious citizens. They are heavily armed and won't hesitate to kill any and all terrorists should the need arise. Better stick to the liberals on the East and West Coasts who are not armed and won't make a fight.
It wouldn't be in their best interests to poke the lion in his cage or step on a king cobra full of venom.
