Much like our "Work place violence", I'd bet they call this "Upset Customer Violence" or similar.

He is Iranian it seems and charged as an accessory to his wife's murder and numerous sex charges.

Yes, a very terrible person and out on bail for killing his wife. Nj just changed its constitution to allow for judges to hold people like this without bail.
