Actually Dr's are pretty high on the list of killing people.

How about we sue the Medical schools they went to.

Since they will never win the case, you then have to ask yourself who is paying the lawyers?

I suspect it's and anti-gun group funding this litigation.
No doubt about it.

You said lawsuit...I did not mention that, I just said the same place we should send the bill for the DEMS wanting this CIA report released....you know, the $40,000,000 it cost us...

As we have a law that does not allow these lawsuits against gun manufacturers I'm fairly confident it doesn't get any more frivolous that that.

What do you want done? Not just "do something" but what specifically do you think should be done that could prevent a tragedy like this?

Too bad the victims families were let down by legisaltors who enacted do nothing gun laws that will have no impact on future shootings. The legislators essentially victimized the people of CT with their unimaginative legislative solutions.

It would make more sense to sue the media for revealing so much detail the next wack job can use as a 'how to' manual. Charge them with lack of discretion and wreckless journalism.

Frank Loyd Wright was against weapons in the wrong hands and he suggested they first take typewriters away.

Are they not suing the school district?
It's not about the money.

I think the families are being used by the anti-gun advocates...mere pawns in a bigger game here.
