At Cabela's a back ground check, revealed that the Bundy's have been convicted by our government without due process.

Who says we have a second amendment.

On a side note, the nephew, who's back ground check passed, bought the firearm Cliven was wanting to purchase as a gift to his son(also on the list)

They had suspected this when trying to board a flight out of Phoenix. Now confirmed.

Saw this on their Facebook page.
Um, being on the Terrorist Watch List does not trigger a NICS refusal, so I don't believe this at all.

Well, if you saw it on Facebook, then it must be true.

Good. Serves him right.

The man walks free, but is not free.....
What judge and jury convicted him of a crime, much less ever brought an indictment?
Justice is not for everyone, just the chosen.

You're right.

He should have been indicted, too.

Your story is a fabrication. Bundy can buy a gun... and there is no evidence that his family are forbidden to purchase firearms. Did you make that up also?

Bundy Ranch: "UPDATE" Bundy Family TARGETED as DOMESTIC TERRORISTS

November 1, 2014
Just to see if they really had me marked on the federal database, I went to Cabela's and had a back ground check completed on me. The background check came back as "Delayed".

November 2, 2014
On"Sunday" (within 24 hours) Cabela's called me and said that they were contacted by the FBI and that I was free to buy a gun. According to the FBI fact sheet, back ground checks with a Delay status are assigned to a agent and are not processed on weekends or holidays.

His son is a convicted felon, so he can't purchase or own firearms. And if Cliven is in fact buying guns to give to his felon son, he could soon be a convicted felon too.

The mentally ill are treated the same under firearms law. Look at the questionnaire you sign when buying a firearm to see who is excluded besides convicted felons.
