Neither are perfect however the PBS poll is much more easy to manipulate simply because it can be bombed.

The poll is terribly flawed. Even if it were a scientific poll, I could not answer honestly. The law in question has provisions for background checks and limiting sales to the mentally ill, which I support. I do not support limiting magazine capacity or types of assault weapons.

I find it impossible to believe that 95% of people think guns should be in the hands of the mentally ill.

Expect that poll to be buried quickly, just like all the others that liberal "news" stations do that end up with the same result. It's far from the first time this type of poll has been held.

The world is frightening and confusing sometimes. It's okay if you don't understand it.

So, you think limiting gun sales to the mentally ill is an infringement of rights?

Gallup polls are controlled. Internet polls aren't. Big difference.

If they have went through due process to have those rights removed, no.

Of course it's an infringement of rights. The question is, is it a justifiable infringement of rights.

You may be correct.

Let me reword my question. Do you support limiting gun sales to the mentally ill, irrespective of constitutional implications?
