I have no problem with a private business allowing its patrons to open carry if they choose.
Personally, I'm not an open carry person, I like having the element of surprise. If a bad guy wants to start shooting people, most likely, he's going to go after the ones with guns first.
I don't own any firearms but seems like an interesting place and a place I would be willing to check out if I am ever in that area. Not because it is open carry or firearm themed but because the food looks decent and it has gotten pretty good reviews. Shooters Grill - Rifle, CO | Yelp
We have one near me that gives a 10% discount for open carry. Only thing is they are only open for breakfast and lunch.
I don't open carry, but would just to visit this place.
