No, you don't got it at all. Denialist clowns try to pretend the weather in one place today is enough to identify trends that occur over decades and across the globe. The article in question in this thread describes such a trend. The OP isn't even offering a "therefore", the way denialists do. Do you understand why your analogy fails or would you like me to explain again?

The pole began moving eastwards and continues to do so, a shift that has amounted to about 1.2 metres since 2005..... Earth's poles are shifting because of climate change - environment - 13 December 2013 - New Scientist Do you really think !.2 meters would cause the Arctic to warm twice as fast as the rest of the globe? Really?

In any case you have it backwards.... Climate change (melting ice changing the distribution of earth's mass) is causing the poles to shift, pole shift is not causing climate change.

Not at all...natural climate forcings are well known and taken into account by science....The fact is that they cannot account for today's warming climate.

That is not what the article says....It says that polar bear populations have gone through PERIODS of decline for the last million years....In other words the population has declined, and rebounded several times.....Humans have experienced the same thing, as a matter of fact humans were almost wiped out 70,000 years ago.

Wow. Even in bright bolded red, you still can't see it the words 'periods' and 'sea-ice'?

Well yes. The population declines - where there is a decline in the sea-ice.

The war on drugs--failure.

The war on poverty--failure.

The war on CO2--what do ya think?
What does this have to do with the observations that the Arctic is warming twice as fast as the rest of the globe?
