You don't have the tiniest clue about carbon tax, do you?...67% of the people in BC approve of and like our carbon tax, as do I...It has reduced emissions, not harmed the economy and put extra money in the pockets of people who need it, the middle class and the poor... too bad the deniers of science(man-made nut jobs) wont admit that progress is a good thing
Yeah, the hell with Alaska, because you don't live there....I find the selfish attitude of deniers repugnant.....

Amazing how you deniers support any science that you think enhances your position (what little there is), but deny all that doesn't.....Talk about blindly selective.

In other words, it comes from the same scientists and the same data but if it's something you don't want to hear then suddenly there is a worldwide conspiracy and those same scientists are 'lying' about the same data.

What have dinos to do with today???

Earth was stifling hot during the age of dinosaurs...CO2 was over 1000 ppm....We would all have to move to the north or south poles, and we couldn't produce enough food for one quarter of the population as it stands today.

You already know that the cause is greenhouse gasses, so why are you asking me?....History, not models has confirmed that.

I'm not sure what your point is. Of course global temps have gone up and down in the past and there were times when the temperatures and CO2 were much higher and times when they were much lower. Do you know why?

This lecture by Geologist and Professor of Geosciences Dr Richard Alley is a few years old (2009) and there have been several studies since then that have firmed up even more what he is explaining from the research. However, it may help you to better understand the history of the earth's climate and the causes of climate change in the past. He'll explains what the evidence shows was happening to temperatures and CO2 as well as what was happening with the insolation from the sun and the Milankovitch cycles of the earth, natural forcings and feedbacks etc. He also shows what was happening during the Cretaceous period as well (the period you mention).

stifling....BS....it was a WARMER AVERAGE

just because the warmer AVERAGE doesn't mean stifling hot.....you can have seasonal highs in the 90s and seasonal lows in the 50's and have an average of 70

and PLANTS thrive on 1000ppm co2...which mans better growing

plus it was wetter....

so it wasn't stifling...it was tropical

to bad you deniers FAIL to see logic

warmer is better....

are you nut jobs really hoping for more ices ages??? you are you just that high on crack
