Believe me, it is disrespectful, crude and reflects more on the user of the word than it does the police officer.

As far as my NYC comment. Let law enforcement leave that nasty place for a month and if you have any sense at all you will be begging law enforcement to come back.
This is great, I'm LE, and have been for nearly a decade, we call other MOS "cops" all the time, but please, carry on. Do you have any other bits of LE wisdom you'd care to share?

If you knew anything about NYPD, it's more than just a job to those guys, they'll say it, but they'd never do it, ever. Walk out for a month, NYPD? Yeah right, haha.

DeBlasio hasn't even been in office long enough for any significant crime statistics to be compiled. I would suspect, though, that the overall city and national trend of a steady decline in crime rates is continuing under his watch.

Our police are under supported, under paid and take alot of **** that they do not need.

the black community continues to play "victim" instead of cleaning up its act by teaching their kids how to respect others and themselves and taking advantage of education that they get for free!
Also, they black community wants to continue to embrace the "ghetto thug life" and think they can get respect from it.
This is great, who was it on here that said C-D doesn't blame the entire Black Community for the crimes of the few? Well, look at this crap post right here.

What are you talking about? I said "Still not sure what the definition of the black community is when someone writes a statement like this. The MAJORITY of black people not being criminals, working, paying taxes, etc isn't enough to make it make sense to trust the "black community"? Interesting."
What did that have to do with being held back or the state of poor black people? What does this show that I am so unaware of?

I would think that the same could be said for any poor person. You can say that the only thing holding them back is them BUT I do not think that it is that simple for everyone. I don't think that all people in poverty can easily come up, especially if they don't see the path to moving on up or when road blacks pop up from time to time. I know enough individual stories to know that it all depends on the person and the circumstances. Sometimes we are our own worst enemies and other times life happens and it derails your plans.

They could easily do the Concealed Permit process like most states and run FBI background checks.
The criminals already carry guns now. They can no longer be stopped and frisked.

NYPD will pull the old Blue Flu work slowdown if the situation warrants.
Everybody gets sick leave.

One person is not C-D. You just did the same thing they did. Blaming the whole for the wrongs of the few.

I actually said "who was it on here"? I was speaking of a specific individual's statement, come on now, how'd you miss that? Plus, I'm not sure calling someone out on their BS here is anywhere similar to making blanket statements about all of Black America. That's ridiculous.

If it makes you feel better to believe that.

Should have kept the 2 bdrm split level in the Sunset thou as its going for a cool 700K now.

That would buy just two houses where I'm at currently in the Central Valley. Far from a whole block.
