IF he pulled a gun, he deserved what he got.

Let's wait until the facts are in.

18 is not a teenager? Just don't call him a "child", at the age of majority you are now legally an adult, not a child.

Agreed tho IF stuff comes down; it won't last real long. There ain't the huge number of hood rats and their fans to stir up stuff unlike when Dr King got murdered or even when those 4 LAPD cops got off for beating Rodney King back in the day. I say that because the decent Black dudes and ladies; even tho they don't dare talk about it in public, they also want the hood rats put down because the rats are the KKK of 2014, they want to keep the Black man in his "place". In other words, "keeping it real" instead of stepping up and taking care of business.

What difference does his age make anyway? A 12 year old is as capable of pulling a trigger as a 50 year old. Don't want to get killed by police, or law abiding citizens for that matter? Don't rob or point guns at people. Pretty simple really.

Given the disgusting acts of some showing up to disrupt memorial services for the slaughtered cops in NYC, one part of me wants a group of idiots to show up singing "Ding dong, the thug is dead" at his funeral. But the rational part of me says don't lower ourselves to that level.

I read the story. He drew the gun. Part of me wants to say he got what was coming. I also find myself asking this. What are the chances of a Black teenager getting killed by a police officer for initiating force vs a non-Black teenager also initiating force against a police officer? It's already a moot point that there Blacks who pull guns on police officers. I'm talking about what happens on the occasion said person commits a crime.

It seems some people won't be satisfied the police are the good guys until police allow themselves to be shot by aggressors rather than defend themselves. Crazy, but I believe that is the endpoint.

Why is a 18 year old walking around carrying a gun in the first place?

When you pull a gun in front of a group of cops, I doubt color really matters (and it shouldn't).

A person must have a death wish to pull a gun on a cop.
