Oh, ok. Now it's a cell phone and "the gun" was planted.

Well, guess what? It doesn't matter.

He was more than likely TOLD to keep his hands out of his pockets. When you are warned by a cop to keep your hands out of your pockets...that's what you do. Unfortunately some don't get that small little fact.

His friend didn't look like he was distressed - until his buddy pulled a gun on a cop and the cop shot his buddy.

What do you want a cop to do? Wait until he/she gets shot by some idiot thug to return fire while hoping it's a cell phone? Not in the job description.

Let's stop pretending this kid was any example of a "good citizen". Quite a record from the age of 17-18 and who knows what his sealed juvenile record has in it.

Seriously? His 'juvenile past'? How relevant is that...

Try this on for size:

Let's talk about how the officer failed to:

1. Activate his body cam
2. Activate his dash cam
3. Immediately seek and/or administer medical attention
4. Immediately call an ambulance
5. Use the judgment of a 3 year old who can discern the difference between an iPhone and 'something bad', i.e., weapon.

Essentially, the coward failed in his due diligence to serve the public good. He assassinated an unarmed, innocent, boy in cold blood. The officer is responsible for this death, and should be swiftly indicted.

Past behavior is indicative of future behavior.

You don't have to like that fact.

I'm sure he cleaned his act up from sealed juvenile past to his open adult past. This is why he got his ass shot - he was a good kid trying to change his life around for the better.

Grow up.

The officer that choked Garner had been charged with excessive force more than once in the past.

Are you serious?!?! He was frickin 18 years old!! A great majority of 18 year olds are still in high school. He is less than a year removed from being a juvenile.

And onto your pseudo-psychology B.S. (too much Dr. Phil?) "past behavior is indicative of future behavior"...try reading up on the cereal cortex, which is the reasoning centers of the brain that is scientifically demonstrated to NOT develop fully until age 25, and even longer for men. That's why you look back on the 'dumb' things that you did when you were - what - 18 years old or younger - and know that now you would do things differently.

Now you grow up, if possible.

So he pulled a gun on a cop because his brain's reasoning center wasn't fully developed?

Gotcha.

It was probably his grandma. She told the press it was all a police setup and she didn't believe it.
