Can always count on Rush to bring all his racist friends out of the woodwork. This thread depresses me.

Get a life. And furthermore, Rush was not the first to make this argument. He only picked it up and added his own comments.

Rush is the one that made this about race.

Default Limbaugh on Black Bond?

Really?

Do people still refer and blindly adhere to the opinions of this 20th century White Dinosaur named Rush Limbaugh?

BBC News - Rush Limbaugh and his 'black Bond' outrage

IMHO . . . who gives a flying [MOD CUT/profanity] about Limbaugh's opinion or Bond's colour?

When I think of Bond, Limbaugh is the last person that comes to mind.

Now Austin Powers, hmmm, Fat Bastard comes to mind.

Its a shame that we as a country make these idiots rich and famous and all because they say things that are polarizing. It doesn't even matter what Rush believes, for all we know, he's just saying the things he knows will push the most buttons, that's all that matters........as long as buttons are pushed and people tune into his show, he wins.

As far as a Black Bond goes, it doesn't matter because if the actor is strong and is playing the role well, nobody other than really hard core racists will care. In fact, the people who don't want a black bond are people who are afraid this guy will do a better job and be a more believable bond than all the previous bonds combined.

Its the movies, its not real life, i would have no problem with a Black bond, in fact, i would encourage it.
