hundreds of thousands have staved to death hundreds of thousands more are in concentration camps,they've hacked into south korean banking and tv stations,46 seaman died on a south korean navy ship when it was torpedoed by north korean,they have threated us with a 9/11 style attack, on and on.If any country did even 1/10 of all of this the world would be outraged but when north korea does it we just dismiss it as 'its crazy kim again'!!!I dont get it, why is the world so scared to offend a despicable dictator like kim jung un and his father before him??

Because no country is isolated. NK is allied with China. China isn't someone the US is just itching to **** off. Crazy Kim hasn't done anything yet aside from running his suck. I'd be worried if we as as nation were doing more than running ours, at this point.
NK also sends containerloads of counterfeit money to the US from time to time, to try to destabilize the currency. But US Customs is on it, and manages to find most of it. Still, I've talked to merchants who say that they've received bundles of counterfeit bills from the bank.
