The FCC should start cracking down on any "news" outlet, local or national, that pulls these stunts. These stations are using the public airwaves to lie and deceive viewers.

While they are at it; why not force stations that call themselves "news" stations to report only news and not editorials. They could also force the Weather Station to only do weather or the History Channel to only do history. Many stations are not what they claim to be.

And what about politicians that do the same?

We're not talking about politicians, who usually get exposed these days for lying pretty quickly. Try to stay on topic.

that's really scummy of them! why are they CREATING news?? They're not a media station, they're an entertainment channel.

Meanwhile, the protestors DID in fact chant "what do we want, dead cops", just not dubbed as shown on Fox. All Fox succeeded in doing was make themselves look STUPID.

This calls into question any news segment airing on any Fox station.

The network should either demand the employee be fired for cause, no unemployment, no severance, or announce at the end of the current contract or earlier if said contract has a breakage clause, it is severing all ties to this affiliate. That would be economically crushing for any affiliate of anyone to become just another w/o affiliation.

Fox likes to do that split screen to make their viewers think they are watching two things from the same event. Why else doesn't the NY side not address where it is being filmed? It is a common practice from a lying news channel like Fox, and the bad part is their viewers believe them.
