one officer? I think people know what the mass things of mayor as well as others who have spoke out. So you speak for the dead officer families; get a clue. Its not about politics; its about leadership. That was the mayors problem playing politics with the situation. He has loss trust and his ability to lead them; plain and simple.
The mayor was not playing politics. He was speaking the truth. But the union expects the mayor to back them up no matter what. It any society that should be rejected. Simply call a spade, a spade when you see it.

This had nothing to do with unions. And yes, they were mourning their own. Why do you think so many attended. Do you not understand the bond that the police have for each other no matter what state they are from. It's the same with firefighters.

They felt they were thrown under the bus by the mayor because he didn't support them as a whole. We have millions of cops in this country that do good every day. We rarely hear about them though.
