So you admit that I'm right and the OP is wrong...If you take the time to research the science, then you will have to admit that today warming is mainly caused by man.
If you take the time to research the science, then you will have to admit that there is no evidence that warming is mainly caused by man.
This is the problem of lies used to advance a political agenda. When the lies are discovered, it detracts credibility from the proposed goals (transition from fossil fuels) and prompts one to presume that the converse must be true (increased CO2 production can then warm the planet when it is cold).
Too bad the libs started with the big lie in the first place. Now they look absurd and will have to try to explain why increasing CO2 production will not warm a cooling planet after they have tried to convince everyone of the opposite notion.
Glad to see this was confirmed on the NASA site and it is a mystery. Overall the climate is still warming and sea ice is decreasing but for some reason the Antarctic is increasing. We heard similar arguments last year with the Great Lakes frozen over, there are some variations that are difficult to explain but overall the warming trend continues.
Also from the NASA article:

Despite this trend, sea ice as a whole is decreasing on a global scale. Researchers say that just like
global warming trends have different outcomes in various parts of the world, not every location with sea ice will experience ice loss.

It is crap like the bolded section which causes me to strongly dislike this global-warming discussion. You were on the right track and then you took a giant leap into absurdity.
When you use the operative word "mainly", it means "mostly", or "almost entirely", or something of that nature.
I don't have an issue with saying that humans are "playing a role". But when you start going into the realm of trying to quantify the percentage we are contributing, you should tread lightly.
There is more evidence every day that AGW is a hoax. Note this article, stating clearly, but not explicitly that Arctic sea ice is also now on the increase.

You really need to read the article again or maybe you just want half truths.

On September 17, Arctic sea ice reached its likely minimum extent for 2014. This
is now the sixth lowest extent in the satellite record and reinforces the long-term downward trend in Arctic ice extent. Sea ice extent will now begin its seasonal increase through autumn and winter. Meanwhile, sea ice in the Antarctic has surpassed the previous record maximum extent set in 2013 and is now more than 20 million square kilometers (7.72 million square miles) for the first time in the past thirty-five years. It is too soon to determine if Antarctic sea ice has reached its annual maximum
Much of that sea ice is coming from Greenland and Antarctica. It's part of the ice caps that are retreating and crumbling into the oceans.
It is not true that the sea ice is greater as a result of the ice caps retreating and crumbling. The Arctic sea ice extent is because we have had two relatively cool summers in a row. Read this article.
The sea ice in the Antarctic is caused by a number of factors. One of those factors is the the collapse and melting of the ice sheets. Of course, the primary ice sheet collapse is the Western Antarctic ice sheet. But sadly for you, that ice sheet is not collapsing as a result of human activity. It is collapsing as a result of underwater volcanoes.
