I think you may have stopped reading the article after the first part. No, you cannot block peoples access to something...infringing on their rights....and say it's ok because YOUR rights are protected.
In short, I think they got it right. Do you really think that you can constitutionally human wall people from entering an abortion clinic? Work place because you don't like thier company? Nope and Nope.
You can congregate on the sidewalk. I haven't seen anyone physically stop anyone from doing anything.
