Too Fat To Work couple who weigh 54 stone between them claim £2,000 a month in benefits | Daily Mail Online

A couple who weigh more than 54 stone between them and claim £2,000 a month in benefits because they are 'too fat to work' have blamed the Government for making it too easy for them.

The couple are among 12,000 people who received Disability Living Allowance last year because they have metabolic disease - the medical term for a combination of obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure.

Right here in the good `ol USA, this happens too.

The obese on disability assistance. Full Medicaid coverage. full housing voucher. food stamps, free transportation..... The list goes on.

When in fact, their best medicine would be a strict government pull out and let them work off some of that fat and fast for a week or two, until they get up off their lazy asses and find an income.

I'm pretty sure most of those obese people you see on scooters at Walmart are probably on disability.
