A lot of these Christians are just punks.. A bunch of them were hassling me and threatening the bash. I let my karate black belt fall from from my bag, and the gutless cowards couldn't run away fast enough.
I've persecuted a few, but only those that deserved it.
You find as you look around the world that every single bit of progress in humane feeling, every improvement in the criminal law, every step toward the diminution of war, every step toward better treatment of the colored races, or every mitigation of slavery, every moral progress that there has been in the world, has been consistently opposed by the organized churches of the world. I say quite deliberately that the Christian religion, as organized in its churches, has been and still is the principal enemy of moral progress in the world.

The "extremists" Christians pointing out the genocide happening in the Middle East and other countries. How evil of them. Roll eyes.
Then where is your god? If he is all powerful then he could change the situation in a blink of an eye. Maybe he is too busy making sure his favorite football team is winning.
No one said anything about that but you. All anyone should want is peace between countries and religions but that is not true now. Your solution is to bury your head in the sand?
Maybe if if countries and religious people would keep their noses out of other peoples lives there could be peace, but we all know that Team America has to run off to save the world, and religious people have to butt in to save our souls.
I've heard the cries and tasted the tears. I don't need to see the video since I already know what's going to be said. **cry** We're not being allowed to oppress other people anymore, we can't use our holy book as a weapon, we can't force religion in schools or push it into our politics so boo hoo, we're so persecuted. Spare me.
Clearly education, facts and knowledge are of little interest to you. Go ask the coptics in egypt, maronites in lebanon, orthodox in gaza and west bank, maneachans in iraq, etc., how well the arab muslims are treating them.
Um - did you forget that that it was christians who killed the *people who were already here*? Leaving out the inadvertent spread of disease, european christians killed or forcibly converted a great many people.
You have any idea how many civilizations arab muslims have/are destroying over the past 1,400 years since they left the arabian peninsula to spread the word of islam? You think the peoples from western africa through the phillippines became muslims by choice?
I strenuously object to the charge that Christians ever invaded, coerced,decimated, slaughtered or subjugated.
They were simply spreading the Good Word of love and peace and fellowship.
So, it met with a wee bit of resistance at times..........sigh, what else could they do but get a little bit forceful?
