Just heard on the radio that the White House has rethought its omission:

I saw it on HuffPo or CNN hours ago, I didn't bother to read or post it.

As usual. The buffoons in the WH never realize how wrong they are until public outrage brings it to their attention.

Clueless, without a lick of common sense.

Do you only keep up with news that bolsters your position? Why wouldn't you want to know the President's position on national issues? How can you make informed decisions by ignoring things you don't want to see or aren't of interest to you?

Could there have been a credible security threat? I wouldn't put any POTUS, Democrat or Republican, into a situation where they had to walk down the middle of the street with huge crowds on both sides and the possibility of some hidden terrorist rushing out and start shooting.

Bingo.

Having POTUS around brings about a special set of security concerns simply because he's POTUS. Terrorists would much rather kill him than Angela Merkel. (No offense to Chancellor Merkel, who I hold in very high esteem.)

in Europe they just get in their cars and drive over, we have to bring a band and the whole darn army. I thought John Kerry would attend, but he was someplace else. This was a solidarity march- did we have one after 9-11? did any in central or south America go?

LOL. Classic Obama. He doesn't stand for anything except for the opinion poll of the moment.

Yes. And those leaders in attendance had deeper socio-economic reasons to attend the rally.

Where is the rally against Boko H aram? THOUSANDS have been massacred. Where is the international outrage against THOUSANDS of Africans being killed?
