If you read the article all the way, you would have noticed that if you are over 80, they won't turn you away but you will be waiting a long time due to the amount of elderly patients they are receiving....did you read the article or just the title?

Guess that is where you stopped reading. You found the effect, now go reread until you figure out what is causing that.
I read the entire article...because the older people are causing this, younger people cannot get care...right? Which is EXACTLY what I stated....
