The Federal Register is a listing of all federal rules, regs, laws, burdens etc. you might call it a progressive bible and it is just shy of 80 thousand pages.
Notice when people point to reduction of the federal workforce as a sign of smaller government they conveniently leave out any reference to its voluminous growth every year.

Yes: Myopia.

Right-wingers cannot fathom that money that doesn't get spent for their own personal comfort and luxury may actually get used for things that might matter to other people. Their callous disregard for others runs so deep that it fails to register that there may be public purposes that don't pander to their own personal proclivities.

My money is for me and me only.

but hey its expected.

our concern is that actual public good is being disregareded for the goal of ensalving people to the whims of a nanny-government. dependance is depressing.

The problem is that no one knows what you are talking about.
