After reading this article, I am turning the pc off and going out - I simply cannot even begin to fathom how such incredibly low quality garbage is leading our country:

"“It is time for President Assad, the Assad regime, to put their people first and to think about the consequences of their actions, which are attracting more and more terrorists to Syria, basically because of their efforts to remove Assad,” Mr. Kerry said."

Is Kerry out of his mind?? Assad has been slaughtering hundreds of thousands, and kerry thinks that he is going to start "putting his people first"? Please tell me this is a fake news article, and that kerry did not actually say that.

Or that russia and the terror cancer iran is actually interested in a diplomatic solution in any way, shape or form?

I don't care if a person is left of stalin, NO SANE HUMAN alive today can possibly believe that assad is anything less than a mass-murdering bastard, or that he would put anything before his hold on power. He'd shoot his mother and kids before that.

The mishandling of syria by the amateur obama is without question, one of THE clearest examples of his total inability to handle foreign policy. 2017 please get here soon...

Seeing John Kerry mentioned twice today....makes me wonder if he is considering a run for president. Cause I know the character attacks tend to start early.

But, but, but, Assad is our bloodthirsty murdering bastard. John Kerry is no fool but our entire attempt at a Mideast empire certainly is. Time to get all of our forces our of the entire area.

No fool? Kerry is the most worthless piece of human garbage ever foisted on the American people. What has he accomplished, aside from committing treason with the North Vietnamese, marrying two rich widows, and getting George Bush re-elected, before his current disastrous tenure as Secretary of State?

"You've got a friend" at Versailles, indeed. What a juvenile embarrassment...

Liberals hold a different world view and seem to be very naïve when it comes to other countries policies and actions.( Probably the massive amounts of drugs while singing , "Give peace a chance.")Our nation has come to a point that compromise or "Working together across the isles" is only a political catch phrase. This country is either going to become socialist / Liberal or brought back to its American roots with sound leadership. When push comes to shove will there be enough Americans who believe in the constitution to stand up and fight or will America slip into the abyss of failed socialist doctrine as has happened throughout history to others? The future is going to be interesting...

A. The world is never short of fools.

B. Only a scoundrel or a landfill owner profits from the leavings of others.

I notice that you overlooked Kerry's whipping by Dubya, supposedly the dumbest man in the universe.

Meh, I'm just not that impressed by him, but hes kinda....dull. So I'm curious why the sudden interest by folks. And Dubya is not dumb. I might think he is a bit too trusting of some folks, but he was no moron.

As for Kerry he'd beat Romney for my vote, but not Mccain for example...with a decent vice president. In the end I cant imagine him beating Clinton, so I don't understand why anyone is interested in him now.

Please share your thoughts as to how Syria is to be handled.
It's very easy to criticize, but it's a tad bit harder to seek a good solution for us regarding a nation like Syria. if you have one, please share it with the rest of us.

If not, then what's the purpose of this post? sour grapes? or just generalized unfocused anger at Democrats? I don't think America is ready to wade into the tar pit once more just yet, judging from all the opposition there is to our advisors going back into Iraq.

It is becoming increasingly apparent there is no side in Syria that will we our pals if they win. Any suggestions from you would be welcome.

you're all wrong. Bashar Assad is the good guy. He is alawite and always kept peace
between Muslims and Christians of Syria. He is an opthamologist educated in London.
Bashar al-Assad is misportrayed by the zionist media in the United States because
Israel wants the oil in the Golan Heights and also wants to destabilize all surrounding
countries. Assad and the Syrian military are the only thing stopping the US/Israeli
funded and organized terrorists from totally taking over Damascus. The al-Queda which
U.S. is funding and arming got out of control and is ISIS now. They really want to get
Assad just like they got Hussein and Khaddafi who did well in bringing peace, stability
and prosperity to their countries until the U.S. ruined everything for the poor, distraught
and terrorized, murdered people of the entire region.
Obama knew the chemical attack was fake and the only chemical weapons used in Syria
were by the same terrorists which the U.S. and Israel funded and armed. Then Putin
stepped in and worked out a peaceable deal where Assad destroyed his own chemical
arsenal which he never even used at all.
